    From the airport, transfer to the Hotel Clarion Sign. Many of Stockholm’s landmarks are nearby so perhaps spend the first evening of Baltic states city break holidays exploring the city and discovering some of its exciting nightlife.

  • Day 2 - Sightseeing in Stockholm

    Sightseeing in Stockholm

    Let us take you on a fascinating journey around Stockholm’s most compelling sights. Visit the Royal Theatre on the waterfront and admire its Art Nouveau design, marvel at the impressive cathedral which contains a famous sculpture of St George and the Dragon, and see the Royal Palace, the official residency of the Swedish monarchy. The afternoon is free for you to explore the city further.

  • Day 3 - Leisure time in Stockholm

    Leisure time in Stockholm

    This morning, why not take a boat trip around the city’s many islands, or visit one of the numerous museums and art galleries. Later on, Baltic states city break holidays continue with an overnight cruise to Helsinki. Take advantage of the fantastic on-board facilities and evening entertainment before retiring to your comfy cabin.

  • Day 4 - Sightseeing in Helsinki

    Sightseeing in Helsinki

    Wake up this morning to fabulous views of Helsinki, Finland’s capital. Today on Baltic states city break holidays your guided tour includes a visit to the unusual Underground Temple, built inside a rockface, and the vast Senate Square which is dominated by the opulent Helsinki Cathedral. Your afternoon is free for you to explore at leisure.

  • Day 5 - Train to St Petersburg

    Train to St Petersburg

    This morning we catch the train for a scenic journey into Russia. Arriving in St Petersburg, a coach transfer takes you to the Ambassador Hotel, including a one hour cruise along the Neva River calling at St Isaac’s Cathedral along the way.

  • Day 6 - Sightseeing in St Petersburg

    Sightseeing in St Petersburg

    Today Baltic states city break holidays continue by hydrofoil to Peterhof where you can visit the famous Grand Palace and explore its lavish interior. With a place on UNESCO’s World Heritage list, this stunning set of buildings is often referred to as the ‘Russian Versailles’. In the afternoon you can explore the Winter Palace, once the main residence of the Russian Tsars, and the Hermitage Museum, Russia’s largest art gallery.

  • Day 7 - Visit Pushkin

    Visit Pushkin

    In the morning we travel to the town of Pushkin, located just outside the city. Founded in 1710, it was once the imperial residence. Visit Catherine Palace and gaze in awe at its exquisite architectural design. In the afternoon, enjoy a leisurely cruise along the Neva River for great perspectives of St Petersburg’s skyline.

  • Day 8 - Visit Peterhof

    Visit Peterhof

    Today we travel by rail to Moscow, arriving in time to enjoy evening dinner at the Hilton Leningradskaya Hotel

  • Day 9 - Sightseeing in Moscow

    Wake up to breathtaking views of colourful buildings with towering spires piercing the skyline. Today you can visit the Kremlin, the Armoury Museum and see the burial place of Lenin. In the afternoon, continue to the famous Red Square then carry on to Saviour Cathedral, the tallest Orthodox church in the world.

  • Day 10 - Further Sightseeing in Moscow

    This morning Baltic states city break holidays take you to see the moving World War II memorial on Poklonnaya Hill. Later, we continue to Arbat, Moscow’s bustling shopping district, where you are free to browse the shops or visit one of the many fascinating museums and galleries.

  • Day 11 - Departure

    Baltic states city break holidays conclude today. Following breakfast, transfer to the airport for your return flight to the UK.
